Michael Gersten's original, 100-point-base version of The Scientist had a 10 INT.  To quote an earlier edition of Champions®, he just worked slowly and methodically, even though he was a Nobel Prize winner.  Well, this here is the beefed-up, 250-point-base version of The Scientist, and he's no slouch anymore!  (Although he sometimes does ride around in a motorized wheelchair despite his legs working normally.)
