Robert Bond (no relation to Major League Baseball's Bobby Bonds) is the brother of Dan Bond, alias Feuergeist. He's also possibly the only only one who knows about Feuergeist other than its victims.

When Dan was accepted for FBI service, Robert (who was a "black sheep" at the time) decided once and for all to train himself into a self-made super hero. He trained a little bit with weights, took up sparse amounts of gymnastics and martial arts, and finally decided to screw it and armed himself practically as a vigilante.

He wears a bulletproof vest, and carries a rope with a grappling hook for swinging and climbing (and for tying up bad guys once he's done). He really knows how to fire a gun, whether it's his stundart shooter, his tazer, or his highly concentrated laser pistol. Also uses mace and brass knuckles. Essentially, other than his pistol assortment, he's equipped as well as any S.W.A.T. member.

His costume covers his eyes and hair and has "Fearless" written on his chest.
